Wal Mart caught selling warm beer

This editor has learned that Wal-Mart is now and for the foreseeable future will be selling warm beer only. Wal-Mart currently stocks beer just like soft drinks and this practice of taking cold beer and letting it reach room temperature alters the flavor of the beer once its cooled down. It's not unhealthy unless beer reaches high temperature and then cooled down. This is truly a "dumb business practice" and this editor advises consumers to NOT ever buy warm beer off a display or from a rack.

Texas Tech CHOKES UP on Houston goal line

Texas Tech had a chance to try a field goad and possibly get 8 points ahead late in the 4th quarter. Leach chose to try to "salt game away" with a 4th and goal TD play. The QB sneak failed and Houston got the ball on downs and drove 99 yards to go ahead 1 point. There 2 point conversion failed but 1 point lead stood up and Tech was defeated 29-28. Houston also missed 2 field goals that kept the game close all night night.
